RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
While we believe you will be delighted with everything you buy from The Great Gift Co, we do understand that on occasion you will need or want to return an item.
We want you to be really happy with everything you order and receive from us so if something isn't right then please let us know. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then we will refund your money in full, or exchange the goods, no questions asked.
All we ask is that you give us a call on 03 5250 6909 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the product/s and inform us of your intention to return the item.*
Once you have been in touch with us we ask that you return the item/s to us within 14 days, unused and in a saleable condition in its original packaging for either an exchange or a full refund.
Regrettably we are not able to offer this guarantee on all items which have been purchased either on sale or on clearance, nor on foodstuffs/confectionary or personalised items, unless faulty.
You must return the products at your own cost. You are responsible for the returned items until they are received at our address so we recommend you obtain a Proof of Postage which you can get from the Post Office as we won't be able to process your refund until we are in receipt of the goods. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to process.

*Please note that this period is automatically extended over the Christmas period. Any gifts purchased between mid-November and 24th December every year can be returned up until the following 14th January, but please contact us before you do so.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GIFTS
We package all gifts as carefully as possible to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition and, where appropriate, we test the product to check it works. However, if something arrived damaged or faulty then please call us on 03 5250 6909.
We will replace all damaged or faulty items free of charge or, if you return the item to us within 14 days, issue you with a full refund.
If a returned product is faulty, then we will return the original delivery cost plus the postage paid by you to send it back to us but please contact us before returning the item so that we can arrange to send you a returns post label or even arrange for a courier to collect the item from you.
